Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the NJHIMSS. Many of you have participated in past Chapter events, and we are pleased to see you continue to participate with us.  In order to better meet the needs of our growing membership and the popularity of our events the Chapter has restructured the sponsorship offering to provide even more value.

The board has planned at least four events for the 2017-2018 membership year and has revised the sponsorship matrix to better reflect the range of events being offered.  Please remember that HIMSS operates on a July – June year, and any annual sponsorship plan will follow that time period. NJHIMSS will continue to offer event based sponsorship opportunities, in addition to the annual plans.

Annual plans will provide sponsors with the added benefit of presence at all events for one low commitment. Admission to the events will be limited to employees of the Sponsor.  Any employee unused passes may be shared with customers or business partners provided the unused pass is registered as “Guest Of” your company with your company code, and a guest business partner cannot bring / display any marketing materials. Remember that NJHIMSS offers the best networking opportunities in the State for your sponsorship investment! 

 

 

Sponsorship Event Opportunities July 2019 – June 2020 year include: 

  • FALL EVENT (October 23rd-25th, 2019 – Hard Rock Casino, Atlantic City) – Anticipate 650+ attendees:  A 2½ day session with breakfast, lunch and network reception, co-hosted with the Delaware Valley HIMSS Chapter.  There will be multiple tracks and speakers.  Event will be held at an Atlantic City NJ venue to ensure accessibility to those coming from NY, NJ, Delaware, PA and other regions.  This event may also offer additional networking opportunities for which sponsorships will be offered separately.  We will also offer a golf outing prior to the conference.  Planning for the fall event is underway so other program sessions may be added.
  • HIMSS National Chapter Luncheon (HIMSS, Orlando, FL) – Anticipate over 250+ attendees -This will be a luncheon meeting typically held on the Tuesday of the HIMSS National Conference with one or more speakers.
  • January (Jan/Feb TBD) – Anticipate 150 attendees - This will be an evening conference with a network reception, held at a central location in New Jersey. There will be a primary theme and 2-3 speakers or a panel.
  • Spring/Summer (June 5th-6th – Ocean Place, Long Branch, NJ) – Anticipate 250+ attendees - This will be a full day conference with breakfast, lunch and network reception usually held on the beach, held at a central location in New Jersey. There will be a primary theme and 4-6 speakers and/or a panel.
  • Other Networking events: During the course of the year, the Chapter will be planning networking events at “fun” venues that are designed to enhance membership networking opportunities. This will include events such as, ball games, race tracks, etc.

  • 4 attendees per event

ASSOCIATE SPONSOR - $2,750- Perfect Entry Level!   

  • 2 attendees per event

Joint NJHIMSS Chapters Sponsorship  (With the New York or Delaware Valley Chapters)

Joint Chapter Sponsorships are available with New Jersey for either the New York Chapter or the Delaware Valley Chapter.  Joint sponsorship between two chapters for Corporate or Executive levels will receive a 10% discount off of the level of sponsorship for both Chapters.  This will give your organization access to combined chapter events. Sponsors MUST sign up for both Chapters at the same time to receive the discount.  Fees will be split evenly at the Chapter level.

  • Opportunity to introduce keynote speakers

Please Note: Events organized by other industry organizations that NJHIMSS or DVHIMSS participates in are not included in this offer. All sponsorships offered for these events are outside the scope of the NJHIMSS & DVHIMSS dual sponsorship and contracted separately with the event organizers.

Ala Carte Sponsorship:

There is many Ala Carte type sponsorships that may be selected in addition to the sponsorship options previously described or in-place of a sponsorship. The number of sponsors for each offering is limited. They will vary based upon the events.

  • Exhibitor Table Top for half day conference - $1,500
  • Speaker/Session - $1,500
  • Breakfast Sponsor - $1,500
  • Lunch Sponsor - $2,500
  • Golf Hole Sponsor - $125

Ala Carte sponsorship includes:

• Advertisement in Sponsor/Program Book

• Receipt of 1 Guest pass to that event (applicable for table top, breakfast, lunch & reception sponsors only)

ADDED BENEFITS

The NJ Chapter welcomes sponsors already planned webinar offerings or those sponsors interested in hosting a specific webinar event for our membership. Guidelines for hosting a webinar event include but are not limited to:

  • Content must be approved by the chapter board prior to publication
  • Content should not be marketing, sales, service or product offering focused; rather it should be product / service and company neutral, offering educational insights consistent with the chapter mission.  These will be placed on the event calendar.

From time to time, companies may ask us to make available white papers or other content within our website or newsletters. Sponsors may wish to participate in this offering. Guidelines for this event type include but are not limited to:

  • Content publisher/sponsor must be a HIMSS member
  • Content must be approved by the chapter board prior to publication
  • Content should not be marketing, sales, service or product offering focused, rather it should be product / service and company neutral, offering educational insights consistent with the chapter mission
